These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brikk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Tokens & billing

Generating models, retextures, and animations consumes tokens. Plans include a monthly token allotment; additional tokens can be purchased. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Tokens that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Purchased tokens do not expire while your account is active.

Content & licence

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the models you generate, and you are free to use them in your own projects, including commercially. However, by generating content on Brikk you grant Brikk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to store, reproduce, modify, publicly display, distribute, download, and otherwise use the models, textures, and animations you create — for any purpose, including featuring and showcasing them in our public gallery, promotional material, and marketing, as we see fit. You waive any claim to compensation for such use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Brikk to create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or abusive, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its token system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service "as is"

Brikk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brikk is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
